- Battir Village, Bethlehem District
Our first stop for this day would be the ancient village of Battir, we visit the Roman spring and bath, an ecomuseum and charming Old Town, known as the Seven Widows Quarter.
- Hosh Al Yasmine Restaurant, Makhroor, Bethlehem District
We continue our journey with a two-hour hike through forest and shrub to reach the famous Hosh Al Yasmine Restaurant with amazing views of the valley below. This restaurant is famous in the area for its excellent Palestinian local cuisine.
- Cremisan Valley, Bethlehem District
Next on our trip, is the remarkable Cremisan Valley. We visit the Salesian Monastery, built in 1885 on ruins of a 7th-century Byzantine church. Its main building consists of thick walls, stone floors, and high arched ceilings. Cremisan is famous for its wine cellars and first-class production of olive oil. A bottle of one of these specialties makes a nice souvenir from a visit in Palestine. We will also have the opportunity for some wine tasting from one of Palestine's oldest vineyards.

Next is the birthplace of Jesus of Nazareth, considered the holiest site in Christianity, we will visit the ancient Nativity Church, St Catherine's Cathedral Manger Square, Milk Grotto, and the Old Bethlehem Museum
- Pools of Solomon, Bethlehem District
Leaving Bethlehem, we complete a brief stop at the Pools of Solomon, gigantic ancient rock-carved cisterns from the biblical times.
